Artist: Terrence Joyce

hile apprenticing in the early 1960’s to Italian monks. Terrence learned the time honored traditions of applying Frescos to the chapels, halls, and library of the seminary where he was studying. The New York City born artist found a life long love of murals and wall designs. Later, extended training with classical artists led Terrence to expand his art into portrait and landscape painting.

orking with a crew of carefully selected artists assembled specifically for each project, Terrence continues these old world traditions. If you are interested in bringing painted splendor to your interiors Terrence is your artist. Extensive experience guided by the finest old world techniques will beautify the walls, ceilings and floors of your homes, lobbies and reception areas, offices, hallways and other locations. Terrence's teams are experienced working in homes, corporate offices, public and private spaces, hostpitals, hotels, schools, and government locations.

he art displayed here are a collection of figurative studies, a small sample of three decades of exploration of relationship of human spirit to the surroundings in which it finds itself.These locations, sometimes common, sometimes absurd, while setting the figure and painting in the artists flow begun in classical temple art and carried through in European painting, also pose questions specific to our generation- such as who would man be if environmental progression or DNA were slightly altered, and what is self determination and the soul if surroundings are so powerful a force?
